Debra has experience working with a wide range of individuals and enjoys helping those caught in destructive patterns of behavior resulting in addiction and challenging relationships; or those who struggle with co-occurring disorders, PTSD, unresolved trauma, significant life transitions, mood disorders, depression, and anxiety.  She is proficient in the use of EMDR, a specialized intervention for the treatment of trauma, and has seen remarkable results in traumatized individuals.  Presently she has been training in the use of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, another trauma-based intervention, which has enhanced further her work in the area of trauma and loss.  Her goal is to help clients discover their authentic selves and live the abundant life they desire.
