We accept both Standard Medicare (Part B) and Medicare Advantage plans for outpatient mental health services. Medicare covers therapy, psychological testing, and neuropsychological evaluation when medically necessary. No session limits.

Auto and Worker's Compensation
We also accept auto insurance (motor vehicle accident-related care) and Workers’ Compensation Insurance.
Self-Pay
$150-$175 per session depending on provider.

Plans Not Accepted
Medicaid, Access Card, UPMC for You, Beacon Healthcare, Highmark Community Plan, or other state-sponsored programs. We are happy to provide referrals.
Billing Policies
- Payment is due at time of service (Check or credit card. Cash is accepted at our Greensburg location only).
- Credit card on file is encouraged; required for telehealth.
- 24-hour cancellation policy; $50 late cancellation / no-show fee.
- Good Faith Estimate provided per the No Surprises Act for self-pay patients.
